Where does Fenela Mode deliver?

We currently deliver to eligible addresses in the United Kingdom. Free Shipping is £0.00 and Premium Shipping is £4.95 at checkout.

When will my order be processed and delivered?

Our daily cut-off is 17:00 United Kingdom time. Orders placed by 17:00 on a business day normally enter processing that day; later orders normally start on the next business day. Fulfilment runs from Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and carrier transit after dispatch normally takes 5–8 business days. This gives a normal combined estimate of 6–10 business days from the business day on which processing starts.

Can I cancel or return an order?
