These terms govern access to and use of fenelamode.com and related Fenela Mode services. Fenela Mode is a trading name used by SANDS WEAR LTD, company number 17300632, registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 15 Broster Avenue, Keighley, BD22 6JH, United Kingdom. 1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you purchase goods, the Terms of Sale, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy also apply. If there is a conflict about a purchase, the Terms of Sale and mandatory consumer law take priority.

2. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, security, technology or our services. The version displayed when you use the site applies to that use. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired under a completed contract.

3. Access and availability

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We are not responsible for internet, device or third-party service failures outside our reasonable control, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Accounts and security

If account functionality is available, you must provide accurate information and keep login details confidential. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you knowingly authorise, but nothing in these terms makes you responsible for unauthorised activity caused by our breach or removes protections relating to unauthorised payments.

The website and its original text, design, graphics, photography, trade names, logos, software and arrangement are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and make limited copies for personal, non-commercial shopping use. We take reasonable care with descriptions, images, sizing and availability. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour. 8. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, image, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is honest and lawful. You keep ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and moderate it for operating and promoting Fenela Mode, subject to applicable privacy and advertising law.

We may remove content that breaches these terms, contains personal data, appears fake or incentivised without proper disclosure, or is otherwise unlawful. We will not knowingly present a paid or incentivised review as independent.

The site may link to payment providers, carriers, social networks or other third parties. Their services and terms may apply separately. A link does not mean we endorse all third-party content. We remain responsible for our own legal obligations and cannot exclude responsibility merely because a supplier helps us perform them.
