Customer service
For order questions, cancellations, returns, refunds, delivery issues, product questions, accessibility feedback or complaints, email info@fenelamode.com.
To help us identify an order, include your full name, order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the request. For a delivery query, include the delivery postcode. For damaged or incorrect goods, photographs can help us investigate, but they do not replace your statutory rights.
Cancelling an order
You may tell us that you wish to cancel by sending a clear statement to info@fenelamode.com. You can use the model cancellation form in our Refund Policy, but it is not compulsory.
Returns
Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions and destination. Do not send customer returns to the registered office unless we have expressly authorised this in writing.
Privacy requests
Questions or requests about personal information can be sent to info@fenelamode.com. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email. We may need to verify identity proportionately before responding to a rights request.
Business and legal correspondence
Business proposals should use the same email and clearly identify the sender and purpose. Formal legal correspondence may be sent to the registered office where appropriate. The registered office is not a retail shop, customer service counter or general returns centre.
